Agnès specialises in ICT and competition policy. She handles the Brussels press relations for a leading technology company, advises a major national telecoms regulator on media relations and supports the profiling of one of the world's biggest telecoms company.

Agnès joined GPlus in September 2007 from RTL Group. As EU Regulatory Affairs Officer she was responsible for implementing the company's lobbying strategy on the review of the "TV without Frontiers" directive as well as radio spectrum. She also covered other policy areas of interest to the company such as advertising, contractual law and labour law.

Previously, Agnès worked for another EU affairs consultancy, APCO, as part of their ICT practice, and for the European Commission's DG Competition on the State Aid policy reform.

A graduate of Paris-based Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po), Agnès holds a Master's degree in European Politics from the College of Europe (Bruges). She also graduated in EU Business Law at the René Descartes University (Paris V). As an ERASMUS student, she studied politics and history at University College Dublin, Ireland.

In addition to her native French, Agnès speaks English, has a good knowledge of German and basic Spanish.
