Céline advises clients on issues ranging from EU environment and energy policy to industrial policy, and is handling press relations for a leading IT company.

Prior to joining GPlus in 2007, Celine was a project assistant for the think-tank Notre Europe where she was responsible for the general coordination and logistical support of a project called "Tomorrow's Europe". Part of the European Commission's big communications project, this EU-wide poll brought together 362 citizens from all 27 member states for a weekend of deliberation on the political and institutional future of the Union in Brussels.

Previous to this, she worked in the European Parliament as a press officer in the cabinet of former EP President Josep Borrell Fontelles. She prepared briefing notes and press releases and monitored EU developments on a wide range of subjects.

Educated in Belgium at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the Université Libre de Louvani-La-Neuve, she holds a degree in Political Science and a Master's in European Political Studies. She has also studied in Montreal. A Belgian citizen, Céline speaks French, English and some Dutch.
