Christian Kaufholz Senior Account ManagerEmail: christiankaufholz@gpluseurope.com Christian joined GPlus in April 2005. He works on a number of accounts in trade, retail, aviation and pharmaceuticals. Christian was most recently working in the European Commission at DG Trade where his work focused on EU-Latin American trade relations and preferential trade regimes for developing countries. More specifically, he closely followed the EU's recent efforts to reform its Generalised System of Preferences (GSP). Previous to this, he had worked at the Germany mission to the UN in Geneva, the EU Institute for Security Studies in Paris and NATO Headquarters in Brussels. Christian holds an honours degree in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University in New York. He also spent two semesters at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris and in 2004, he completed a Masters with distinction in Politics of the World Economy at the LSE, specialising in the areas of trade and monetary policy. Christian has spent much of his life outside Germany, having lived for nine years in the United States. He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish. |
