Jérôme joined GPlus from the European Policy Centre, the renowned Brussels-based think-tank, where he worked on EU institutional affairs, publishing a number of pamphlets and articles, including on areas related to the Lisbon Treaty.

Before coming to Brussels Jérome also worked in Glasgow for the Scottish Executive, where he handled EU funding policy issues, helping to prepare the Scottish government for the transition to the new structural funds programmes. He also has experience of working with the government of the City of Hamburg, where he organised official international state visits.

Jérôme holds a first class honours MA in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges) and graduated from Sciences-Po Paris with a Masters in Public Affairs.

Besides his native French, he is fluent in English and German, and speaks some Dutch.
