We are experienced negotiators on complex trade and competition cases, and experts in crafting workable compromises on highly politicised issues. We can also help coordinate the actions of diverse players, whether in an ad hoc coalition or an established business association.

We work in multidisciplinary teams - alongside lawyers, economists and technical experts. In particular, we are sensitive to the special role which lawyers play in leading negotiations with the EU Commission. We know how to add value to this delicate process without duplicating it, by providing political advice, additional contacts or a broader appraisal of where other departments or governments stand. We are thus experienced in helping secure beneficial, negotiated outcomes to complex regulatory problems.
