As Chief Operating Officer, Nicholas is responsible for all commercial aspects of the company's management.

Nicholas joined the GPlus' executive team in 2007, having acted as a non-executive director since the company's inception in 2000. His previous experience, gained in several European countries and the USA, includes work in private and public companies as well as the not-for-profit sector, both in-house and as a consultant.  He has specialised in growing businesses and organisational transformation.

Having begun his career as a management consultant, working for New York-based strategy boutique Oliver Wyman and Company, Nicholas moved into the communications sector in 1993. After a spell in television, he joined London-based communications consultancy Luther Pendragon, where he rose to become Managing Partner before leaving to become CEO of WPP subsidiary Metro Broadcast. In 2005 he pursued a personal passion for architecture by joining the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as Executive Director before returning full-time to the communications sector in 2007.

A British citizen, Nicholas Studied Philosophy, Politics & Economics at Oxford University and speaks English & French. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce (RSA) and a non-executive director of Maintel Holdings plc.
