At g+ since September 2005, Loren advises clients on both public affairs and media relations in the fields of energy security, competition and financial services. She is part of the team that advises the Press Service of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and assists a national lottery group in its dealings with Brussels.
Previous to g+, Loren worked as a Marketing, PR and Communications Officer for EurActiv, one of the main EU information online portals, and in the European Commission for the Department of Education and Culture. She has a background in the media, having worked as a journalist for Lyon-based newspaper Le Progrès. She has also contributed in recent years to the European youth Internet portal Café Babel.
Loren has degrees from the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw) and both the Strasbourg and Grenoble Instituts d'Etudes Politiques. During a year at McGill University in Canada she specialised in Eastern European studies. In addition to her native French, Loren speaks English and Spanish, and understands basic Russian and Serbian.
