Edouard joined g+ in May 2011 and advises clients on health, energy and environmental policies. Previously, he worked at the German Marshall Fund of the United States where he contributed to expand the network of the organisation in France, managing projects on foreign policy, defence, energy efficiency and urban development. He also managed strategic partnerships across Europe for GMF's flagship transatlantic leadership programme.
Prior to that Edouard held several positions in the French Foreign Affairs ministry, analysing the French peacekeeping architecture in Africa, in the regulatory and governmental affairs branch of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation, and at the French Embassy in Washington D.C. From this experience he gained an in-depth knowledge of the internal workings of the French government as well as European and international institutions.
Edouard graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Master's in international affairs. He also has a diploma of European affairs from Sciences Po Lille, specialising in law, economics and politics. He is an alumnus of the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN). In addition to his native French, Edouard is fluent in English and Italian.
