Joseph joined g+ europe in September 2011. He advises clients in the fields of energy, competition and ICT.
Until recently he worked in the office of an Austrian MEP, where he was responsible for briefings on economic and monetary affairs, and for preparing discussions on foreign affairs. Previously he did a stint at the Austrian Mission to the United Nations during Austria’s membership of the UN Security Council in 2010, where he attended EU coordination meetings as well as open and closed Security Council sessions.
Joseph holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Maastricht. He also spent a semester studying at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. Of Austrian, German and Irish nationality, Joseph is fluent in English and German, speaks Italian and Spanish, and understands Dutch.
